Whenever I go to a site that requires a securty certificate, online banking
for instance, I get the following error:
Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not
available. Do you want to proceed?
Even if I view the certificate and manually install it I will still get the
error. At the same time, perhaps unrelated, I can no longer sign into MSN
Messenger or Norton Anti-Virus update. Normal web browsing works fine. If
I reboot this machine into Linux, I can get into Messenger via a Linux
client just fine and I don't get the certificate error messages. Both Linux
and XP use the same DHCP server and get the same address when booted. They
also use the same internet gateway.
