Security Alert - Certificate Problem

Signed on to my bank this morning (and also my paypal account) and received
a Security Alert message box that has the yellow information exclamation
point indicating that "the name on the certificate is invalid or does not
match the name of the site"
Do you want to proceed?

I installed the certificate and still get the alert box.
any ideas?

Must've been them since it cleared up by itself...
