I HAVE HAD MY COMPUTER FOR AWHILE BUT NOW I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH A
CERTIFICATE ERROR ON SOME WEB SITES THAT I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE SO CAN
ANY ONE HELP HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM?

First - what is the reason behind your usage of all uppercase lettering?
Looks to me like you are screaming at us.

Which web sites are giving you trouble?
Have you tried emptying the Internet Explorer Temporary Internet Files?
Have you tried another browser (firefox for example?)
What version of Internet Explorer are you using?
What version of Windows XP?
What service pack level?
