Certificate of authenticity

Tommy

I'm writing in order to understand how to contact someone
from microsoft about my certificate of authenticity. I
can't find my certificate in order to understand it, and
I apparently need this as a requisite to contact them in
order to find it? This irony irks me a bit. Any
suggestions?

If you want to read your EULA (End User License Agreement),
1) Click on "Start|Run"
2) Enter the command "winver"
3) When winver opens, click on the blue hypertext link labeled "End User
License Agreement"

The Certificate of Authenticity basically has your CD key on it, and nothing
much more.
