certificate expired? plez help

hi, i'm running IE6 and when i try to access hotmail, it
gives me the following error

Security Certificate has expired or is not yet valid.
While trying to retrieve the URL:N/A
following error
occurred Connection Lifetime Expired

Squid has terminated the request because it has exceeded
the max connection
lifetime
Your cache administrator is root.

Does ANYONE KNOW how to resolve this, any help is
appreciated

..
 
Make sure the date, time and regional settings are correct on the computer.
Remove all cookies associated with the site.
