CDW/DVD stopped working CODE 10

I have an Emachine and my CDW/DVD driver is not working.I tried updating
driver and it tells me I have the best driver for this device. In the device
manager properties it says device not working CODE 10. I tried uninstalling
driver and reinstall and it says reinstall failed. Not sure when it stopped
working. The option to rollback the driver is unavailable. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Device is called TSST corp CDW/DVD TS-H492C ATA-Device
