CD/DVD Driver problem

Hi everyone, for months I've been putting this off as I tried to fix the
problem and couldn't, so I got lazy and am finally getting to the point where
I really need my cd/dvd to work!

I believe the problem stems from when I upgraded my XP to Vista because I
think since then, my cd/dvd drive hasn't worked at all. When I go into the
Device Manager, under DVD/CD ROM drives, it says "TSST corp DVD+-RW TS-L632D
ATA Device and has a yellow triangle with an exclamation point inside. By
clicking on properties, it says that "windwos cannot load the device driver
for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing." I've tried to
udpate the driver, but it says it's up to date. I tried downloading some
drivers, but didn't really know what I was doing and I can't just put in the
cd because the drive isn't recognized at all.

Any answers, ideas, suggestions of how I can get my cd/dvd drive back up and
working would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any possible
assistance you may be able to provide.

Sincerely, Ashley
