CDBOOT: NTLDR is Missing

Hey, I have a brand new system I built, blank HD and
everything. It boots up fine, but when I try to boot from
ANY windows cd (you know, to install an OS), it says:
CDBOOT: NTLDR is Missing. Ive switched out CD-Roms, IDE
cables, but it doesnt seem to be the hardware. Can someone
help me out?

William, make sure that you don't have a floppy in the flop drive.

Check your CD to make sure it's not scratched or smudged up.
