CD Write Problem

Using Windows XP Pro sp2:

While logged on as a member of the Users group, I tried to use Windows
Explorer to write data to a CDRW by Right-Clicking on the object and
choosing 'Send To...' plus the name of my CDR drive. I got a message that
there was no disc in the drive. I then logged on as an Administrator and it
worked as expected. How can I configure my computer to make this
functionality available to the Users group?
