CD Track Titles

Are there any types of commercially recorded CDs (CDA) that include
track titles within the CD other than the possibility of commercial MP3
disks.

I know that every CD that I have does not and must obtain titles from
the internet or manually when ripped.

I was just wondering if there is any new technology.

Can WMP access this data?

WMP doesn't access CD-Text but that's the subject of another post and an MVP
ackowledged that the WMP team now knows users would like WMP to work with
CD-Text. We'll see.

I have found that SonicStage (from Sony) and RealPlayer 10.5 read and write
CD-Text.

There is absolutely no reason why ALL commercial CDs can't include CD-Text, but
like Jon said, Sony discs tend to be the only ones the contain it.
