CD/RW up to its old tricks again!

Hi!

WIN XP HOME OEM / DELL 2400 with CD/RW

My CD drive does not show up in MY COMPUTER. BUT, as soon as I put in
a CD, it auroruns, and everything is fine! And it shows up in MY
COMPUTER and I'm Happy!! Until I have to reboot.
