CD/RW disc reading problem ONLY for windows Vista Upgrade cd

A

Any Suggesttions??

I just purhcased a Windows Vista upgrade cd for my Windows Xp, now the CD
runs when I insert it into any other computer which confirms my problem lies
within my cd-rw drive. However I play computer games that require cd's in the
drive at all times on my spare time which tells me this issue is only with
the Windows Vista Upgrade cd, I own a LG Disc Compatible Rewritable cd-rom
that works great, and when i insert the Windows Vista Cd the hourglass
appears for only a second beside the cursor as if it is about to read the cd.
I uninstalled Nero and basically everything else that isnt necessary from my
computer and im stumped... so far this upgrade has cause nothing but problems
for me. Anyone have any suggestions??

Unless you ordered a special five disc package, the disc you have is a DVD
disc and not a CD disc. A CD-RW drive won't be able to read it.
