CD-RW didnt work.. thanks for the help!! Novice..

I looked for conflicts and found none, so I uninstalled
the winamp3. Then I tried to run an install program disk
and it wouldnt see any of the info on the disk.
I ended up taking the drive back to Office Max and they
gave me a new one.. Worked like a champ right out of the
box.

So the answer to my problem, was the drive died at age
4weeks.. Thanks for your help.

That happened to be also just recently in the last two month on a cd
rewritable drive from Best Buy.Would not work. they exchanged it and the
second one has worked every since.
