cd rom will not read new software

Hi I just got new ineternt service and I am trying to install, when I add the
cd it will not read, can anyone help?

Hi,

What exactly you mean ? When you put CD to the drive it not start right ?
and have you tried check it by My Computer -> CD-Drive ?

Perhaps your CD drive needs cleaning. There are an special cleanning CD -
but I've never tried it. Before it you can also check this CD on another
machine.
