CD-ROM PROBLEM

I have problem with my cdrom, it's connected, but windows
can't make it work, 'cuz it has problem with the driver,
windows said: CANNOT LOAD THE DEVICE DRIVER FOR THIS
HARDWARE. THE DRIVER MAY BE CORRUPTED OR MISSING. (CODE 39)
 
Try removing the rom from the device manager list and then reboot or click
the scan for hardware changes.
