CD-ROM PROBLEM

i have problem with my cdrom, it's connected, but windows
can't make it work, 'cuz it has problem with the driver,
windows said: CANNOT LOAD THE DIVECE DRIVER FOR THIS
HARDWARE. THE DRIVER MAY BE CORRUPTED OR MISSING. (CODE 39)
