CD-ROM does not work in WIndows XP

My Mitsumi cd-rom FX820S !B driver stopped working. Here
is the message in device manager:

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware.
The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

You might also be able to get some help by doing a Google search on this:
