CD ROM broken

My CD ROM is not working, Is there a way I can still install my webcam, the
disk drive won't spin or read
 
If the webcam needs files off the CD, you need to get those files on
the computer.
CD drives are cheap, buy another.
Or you can copy the CD on another computer over the network to the
computer with the bad drive.
 
Try going to the web site of the manufacturer of the webcam and look for for
the driver there under downloads or software or drivers etc.

Try running a CD lens cleaner disk through the drive.

I in the vsame boat. I have a Laptop, only thing I can think of is to spring
for an external CD-ROM or CD-RW.
