CD recording s/ware problems

According to my installation wizard, I have successfully
installed LG CD Recording Software (Roxio ECDC) onto my
Windows XP system. However, when I click on the shortcut
or try to access it from the program menu, nothing
happens. Can anyone help?
 
What version is your software?
(Only 5.02b or higher is completely compatible.)
