CD-R won't read on one computer

Now that I have a newsreader set up, its time to get back to my previous
question before the web newsgroup crashed. I am having a problem getting one
computer here at work to read a CD. The CD is not damaged and has worked on
5 different computers. I already tried replacing the DVD Burner, as well as
tried to repair the installation of the CD burning software. When we put the
disk into the drive, it comes up asking what information I want to burn to
it. When I look at the properties of the CD it says 0 bytes used and 368 MB
free. Looking at the disk physically for the burnt information, it seems
like its only seeing the blank information of the disk. I'm stumped, please
help!

Could it be a "dual session" CD? (e.g. Kodak)
