CD-R/DVD player won't play DVDs

CD-R/DVD combo will play CDs and CD-Rs but will not play
DVDs. Can I PLEASE get some help?

Do you have a DVD Dcoder install? Does the drive have a DVD logo on the
front? Do you get any error messages?
