CD/DVD Rom Burns CD's in Slow Motion

Recently the CD/DVD Rom has begun burning DVD and CD's in Slow Motion. The
images and sounds run slow even on other machines or players so it is
deffinently an issue with the computer/drive. Any suggestions would be
appriciated

Any one does the same thing (Media Player or a third party). I know it not an
issue with processing power as It is a very new system with XP SP2 installed
from the factory. All I can figure is some setting in windows was changed but
don't know which on or how to correct.
