cd/dvd burning

hello,
When I recieved my computer, Nero burn software was on it. It was the full
version and now I can not use it at all. I did not receive a back up cd with
my computer. I am wondering if there is any way to restore this. I
appreciate any help. Thanks
 
It most likely was a full version.........but it most definitely was a trial
version.and its time was up.
