CD Drive help!!!!

I recently had a new CD Drive put in my PC (COMBO52X16C) as my old drive was
broke! When it was first installed I was able to burn CD's and it would read
all CD's. However now it will only read CD's and play them apart from CD-R's
and CD-RW's! I cannot blank CD-RW's either! Anyone know what is going on!
Please help! Kitch!
