Cd does not open

Hi,

I have a problem with my CD drive. CD drive icon is in my computer but when
i put the CD its not read. Please give me solutions.

if it not fairly new, it could be bad.

does this happen with ALL CDs or just the one.

you could try blowing the dust out of it with canned air.

Age has nothing to do with failure, it could be brand new and still be bad.
