CD burning

My window medias player says that it can not copy the
files to a recordable disc because CD-RW is not
compatible, however it has worked before but it has
recently just stopped.It is classified as
Error ID = 0xC00D11C9
If you have any recommendations on
what i should do that would be great appreciated Thanks
