I have a problem when using the "cd writing wizard" that came with my
packard bell computer. When i attempt to write to cd (photos) i get the
following message. "there is no disc in the drive - please insert a
writable disc into drive D". this happens when there is a disc in
(tried several ) always same message. I don't think the fault lies in
the drive because I can successfully burn music tracks using an
imported software package. can anyone help please ?

It is a CD media and not DVD you are using correct?

Also I have similar problems with my Burner and appears to be related to the
media brand. Have you tried different brands of CD's?
