CD-Based RIS Image and SP2

Copy a Windows XP SP1 to the harddrive, run xpsp2 with the /integrate
switch

point risetup to that folder....

There is a little note in the documentation that says you
can not use the /integrate parameter to integrate SP2 into
an CD-Based or Riprep image. How do I slipstream SP2 into
my CD-Based image if I can't use the /integrate parameter?
