All of a sudden, both cdrom's won't autorun. I have gone
to registry and the value is set to 1, as it should be to
autorun. Any suggestions?

There are two registry settings for auto run,

H machine \ system \Current controlset \ services \ CD
Rom - autorun - value = 1

H user \ software \ microsoft \ windows \ current version
\ policies \ explorer \ no drive type auto run - hex
value = 91

Check these if they are wrong then ajust then reboot
Good luck.
