CCAPP.EXE belongs to Symantecs Norton software, so you may find help
with this at www.symantec.com.

It is Spyware. Go to below website and download Spybot Search and Destroy, an excellent Spy finder.
Just type Spybot in the Search block and it will locate it for you.
