ccApp crashing

The Norton anti virus file : ccApp is always crashing at shut down , and
generates an error alerting me that NAV is waiting for a response from me .
It does this everytime I shut my computer down.

what is casuing NAV to crash , the program is up to date and is the newest
version (2006) and the pc is new and high spec.

Cheers in advance for any help given.
 
Have you tried contacting Symantec - the owners of Norton products - for
support?
 
You need to run LiveUpdate and download the update for Common Client
this should take care of your problem.
