CCan't Access Windows Update

I get the following message when my computer is accessing Update. It all
started about two weeks ago following a routine (yea right) update, one
of many from Microsoft - tried the fix mentioned but still won't work.

I have the exact same problem on a brand new system. I also implemented the
fix, and it still didn't work.

I am surprised that no one has answered Richard's question.

I managed to fix my problem by changing a Zone Alarm setting. On the Privacy
page, I selected the Site List tab, and scrolled down to the
"support.microsoft.com" item in the list. I changed its Mobile Code setting
from a red X to a green check mark, and now it works.

I was having the same problem at some other sites, and this fix (on those
sites) helped there as well.
