We are currently swapping over from paper to electronic filing and we are
looking to use our public folders as the email stores.
It is intended that each public folder will relate to one project or client
and some of these may have sub-folders depending on the complexity of the
project. Currently if we send an email and we have to go into the sent items
and move it to the public folder relating to that project.
I am certain that this is can not the best way of using outlook!
I need either a better way of working in outlook or if it is possible to cc
or bcc a public folder in to an email and therefore stopping the manual
transferring we are currently doing.
In addition to this I need to understand if it is then possilbe to cc or bcc
a sub-folder in a public folder.
All assistance appreciated
