use categories HEAVILY in outlook, like keywords. What I need is a way to
"paint" an email with a couple categories at once. Like the Keyword painter
in Microsoft's photo album program.

Ideally this would something in the group bar, where I can select a couple
categories, then "Paint" one or more emails or other outlook items, with the
selected categories.

Anyone seen or heard of this type of application. I simply can't find it
anywhere?

Thanks
Matt

Does the Category box not suffice?

No. Not even close.

If you've seen the label painter in Microsoft Digital Image Suite, you'll
see what I want.

I need to easily drop different categories on mulitple emails.

so, in the left panel I have my list of categories with check boxes.

x Cash Applications
Interfaces
Inbound
Invoice Activity
x Issue
Outbound
x Project
Report
Requirement
Resolution

So, when I go into Paint Mode, whatever is checked will be applied to the
emails I select.

YOU MUST BUILD THIS....
