I am categorizing files
(Reorts/Workflow/Categories/right click on
file/Properties/WorkGroup/select category/Apply/OK)
but they are remaining uncategorized! Only one file has successfully
accepted the categorization and that is a pdf. All the others are htm.
Anyone know what's going on?
Jeanette

Further to my question on 'categorizing files':
Newly created files will categorize (regardless of being
htm or pdf). Pre-existing files will not.
I appreciate any help on this.

How are you checking the categories?
In FP 2003 View Reports Workflow Categories

When you categorize a page FP adds a xhtml header tag and script to the head section of the page

Stefan,
I check them in FP 2003 View Reports Workflow Categories.
There is no xhtml script in the header.
So far, I have managed to get it to classify 4 out of 60
pages (These show up in Categories and xhtml appears in
their headers).

Stephan,
I can get them all to categorize if I edit the site live
(instead of editing and then publishing to the site).

I've seen that happen when I add a title to a PDF that's already been
published - the only way to fix it is to edit the site live and add the
title there.

Yes. It happens when you try to change the titles of htm
files as well. I have been resaving using 'save as' so
that I can change the titles.
