Cat won't uninstall

I am trying to remove ATI apps to reinstall but cat-uninstall does not
work. I get report of no ATI hardware found. I am using AIW 9600 and when I
boot system I get report that remote must be reinstalled. I am trying to
remove this also but no success. Can someone tell me of any other way to fix
this situation?

Your C:\ATI\Support\.... directory should contain the ATI driver/software
removal tool. If that will not work try:
