Cartridges for HP 6122

I bought a HP 6122 but have trouble finding recycled cartridges specifically
for this model. I read that the HP 990cse is practically identical to the
6122. Can I use the cartridges for the 990cse?

The black cartridge is a 51645A which is pigment based. If I buy a recycled
cartridge, how can I tell if they refilled it with pigment ink or dye ink?
Would it make any difference to the printer?

Since the head is part of the cartridge, it wouldn't really matter.

Many web sites sell recycled 51645A cartridges and they should be able
to tell you the type of ink used.
