CAPTURE/RECORD MY PC SCREEN

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CATURE /RECORD SOMETHING THAT IS PLAYING ON MY PC SCREEN? HOW?
 
The Windows Media Encoder includes a screen capture feature. I use it to
capture things like the visualizations of iTunes and Windows Media Player.

There's a link to download it on the Setup > Software page of my website.

And it's easier and better at times to put your camcorder on a tripod and
shoot the screen... works great if the screen is an LCD one like a laptop or
flat panel one.

Hello there,

No not with Movie Maker. There are many programs around that can though.
Perhaps the best to use is the Microsoft Media Encoder available free from
Microsoft.
