"Capture from video Device" option not available

Hi, I'm new to WMM 2.6. I'm a Vista (Home Premium) user. I was hoping to
capture my recordings from my Sony (DCR-TRV30E), which uses MiniDV cassettes,
via USB. When I started WMM for the first time the option "Capture from video
Device" was notavailable. Under Capture Video, I only have the Import
options.

Am I doing something wrong?
