Caps Lock in "typewriter" mode

When setting up a new Dell laptop running Win XP Pro, I
remember selecting an option (somewhere) to make caps
lock behave like a manual typewriter - to turn off caps
lock, you have to press Shift.

But this is a pain. Now I can't find how to turn this
option off and make Caps Lock toggle normally!

Can anyone help?

I found it! To answer my own question, the setup option
is found in:
control panel > regional and language options > languages
tab > text services and input languages - details >
settings tab > key settings.
