Everytime I turn Caps Lock on or off there's a little
notification which pops up in the bottom corner of my window
which tells me that I've just turned my Caps Lock on or off.
Is there a way to disable that notification?
My HP wireless keyboard does that. I actually think it is kinda
nice. I grew up, so to speak, with keyboards that actually showed
the caps lock key locked down on typewriters then computer KBs that
had little lights for the various key locks. All that has gone the
way of the dodo bird.
But, to your question, if your KB has some software that you
installed to make it do all kinds of fancy things, e.g., program
function keys, use of special keys to launch MS office and the like
as does my HP, then you could always uninstall it.
