Can't view other's stationary with Outlook 2003

I cant see other people's stationary as the default in
Outlook 2003 removes any and all HTML. Is there any way
to config the program so I can view stationary? It seems
silly that MS gives you the option of sending stationary
when it cant be viewed by anyone who has the latest
version of outlook???

I'm new to Outlook 2003, but if you don't have "Read all standard mail in
plain text" unchecked, it will do what you're experiencing. Just uncheck
that box in Tools, Options, Preferences, E-Mail Options and it should let
you see what you want. At least that's how it works for me.
