Outlook 2003 Stationary

Outlook Express had an easy to find option to select stationary for an
individual email. All I can seem to find in Outlook 2003 is the option to
make a specific stationary "default". I want to be able to pick different
stationaries for different emails. Is there an easy way to do this?
