Outlook 07 removing customized stationary

outlook 07.
I manually added some html docs complete with background attachment to the
C>program files> common files> microsoft shared> stationary. They worked
fine,but now I have removed them, and even though the files have been deleted
the program still says that they are there. When I select the Actions menue
in outlook; actions> new mail message using... All of the homemade stationary
that I have inserted and deleted still shows up in the dropdown list in
outlook, and it has a number on the end 001... I am guessing that 001 means
that it is no longer available... How can I remove or have those items
removed from there since they do not exist any longer? At least they still
open up a new email. Help!
