Stationary won't show

I can't get the stationary that I setup with Outlook 2K3 to view. Mail that
I send to my or anyone else's email account won't display the stationary I
picked. One account even displays it as an attachment. Any ideas?

But it does show when composing? Make sure that the account you are using is
allowed to use HTML formatted e-mail and that the recipient is allowed to
receive HTML formatted e-mail.

I am having the same problem with my stationary showing at composition, and
apparently on sending, but not on receiving back to my email or others. All
tested email addresses are HTML ready. Still looking for a solution.
