my last question was too confusing. sorry. here it is again explained better
(i hope)
I have a laptop it is on windows vista. my email supplier is Virgin. I have
set it up correctly but whenever i open windows mail it keps asking over and
over for user name and password which i enter again and again and again
correctly every time and fianly press cancel to make it go away at which
point i get an error message which tells me invalid user name and password.
anyway from here i can then send emails no problem but i still have to go on
the net and sign into virgin to read my emails. can anyone help please?
