Cant use Offline Files, Urgent Help needed

Hi, ive been searching for hours now and cant find an answer. Need to use
offline files, but i cant find the tab, Tried Folder Options in the Tools
toolbar and control panel, i only get <General> <View> < File types>, where
is the Offline Files tab?

using XP PRO SP2
No group policy set.

Right click on the network folder/file you want to have available offline.
Select "Make available offline."

Thanks for the reply, i dont seem to have this option, tried everythink i can
think of. Right clicking, loads of searches, technet, still no answer. The
only thing i got to snyc was the offline web pages. Ive seen the option
before on another machine.

Can anyone help, Machine is on a domain, so it dont have fast user switching
on.
