Offline files

I can't turn on the offline files option in my computer. In Tools > Folder
options > Offline files, all is grey, so I can't select anything. The account
I use has administrator rights. I've also tried to run "Folder options" in
ctrl panel as the local administrator (the built-in admin account), and I
also tried to login with it, but cannot. I'd ask for help to the IT support
in my company, but that's me...

Do you use AD? Group policy?

Sounds like this is controlled by a group policy. That will disable your
access to Offline Files. Open a command prompt (Start -> RUN -> Cmd) and run
GPResult to see what's being applied on your system.
