Can't update the program!

Ensure that your web browser (Internet Explorer) is on
line. Open IE, click File and ensure that Work Off line is
not checked.

make sure if you are behind a firwall that you have
installed the firewall client software (if applicable).
also make sure your windows firewall has an exception for
this program if running sp2 with windows firewall.
