can't uninstall WSindows Defender

Hi' All,
I have been trying to uninstall Windows Defender, it's gone from add/remove
and from Program Files but it won't go from the registry. I've tried
everything I think, even safe mode nothing works. I was able to get rid of
it from my laptop but not from the desktop. Any help appreciated.

I finally was able to uninstall the registry keys after days at this, been
driving me nuts. I changed the permissions rebooted and all is well, thanks
